Submission details

Papers should be submitted in PDF, formatted using a double-column layout on A4 or US Letter paper; they may not exceed 12 pages, including everything (i.e., figures, tables, references, appendices, etc.). Note that this is a smaller page count than for the final papers.

All body text should be set in times 10pt type. You are encouraged to use the ACM SIGPLAN style, for which templates are available in both LaTeX and Word. Note that the body text when using the Word template must be set in times 10-point type. The margins, spacing, and font sizes should not be reduced from those specified by the style files. If you prefer not to use the ACM style, then the body text must be set in times 10-point type on 12-point (single-spaced) spacing, with a maximum text block of 17.15cm wide x 22.86cm high with 0.64cm intercolumn space.

Papers that violate any of these guidelines will be rejected, without any consideration of their merit. A PDF format checker will be used to help impose the rules.

The ACM copyright notice is not required of submissions, only of accepted papers. Authors of accepted papers will be required to sign the ACM copyright form.
